Candles bought in most stores are almost always made from petroleum products or by-products (such as paraffin), their wicks are a common source of lead and these mass produced candles are a common source of indoor air pollution in the home. Soulshine candles harbor none of these dangers. And beeswax is a completely natural and renewable resource, unlike oil.      The scent from our candles is that of natural honey. Because there are no synthetic chemicals or perfumes added, these candles are wonderful for most people with chemical sensitivities or related allergies. Debi's daughter is sensitive to chemicals and other candles, yet burns these candles with no problems.      Soulshine candles produce a warm, bright glow and are virtually dripless. All candles are extremely low on smoke.
